Craft Beer Photography | Brasserie Cantillon Brouwerij

In September my husband and I set out on a trip to Belgium and France to celebrate our 5th wedding Anniversary. Because we are big beer geeks we knew we had to visit Brasserie Cantillon Brouwerij while we were in Brussels, Belgium. Cantillon is known for making Lambic and Gueuze style Belgian Ales. Very high quality stuff that is ranked among the best in the world by beer fanatics. In the States beer from Cantillon is usually pretty rare because of demand and goes for a pretty penny when found. We opted for a brewery tour which was self-guided. It was fun to see the "behind the scenes" of a Belgian brewery that has been operating since 1900. I loved their copper mash tun and koelschip.
