Travel Photography | Switzerland

Wow it has been many many months since I have updated this! I hope you didn't forget that I even update this, haha! Anyway, I wanted to post some photos from Switzerland. My husband and I traveled there in fall of 2018 (yes, I know a year ago) but I never got around to editing the photos, more of which I will go into later on. Switzerland was such a gorgeous country! Too bad it is one of the most expensive places to live in the world because I would move there in a second! I guess I would need to learn German or French first but still it was SO beautiful! The folks that get to live there are very lucky people! Also their food is right up my alley....cheese anyone?! We visited Zürich, Lucerne, (traveled through) Inkerlaken to Lauterbrunnen and Wengen.

So yeah after Switzerland we were *supposed* to travel to Germany to complete our adventures through the Alps but sadly I fell (on my husband & I's wedding anniversary no less) and dislocated my knee so we had to unfortunately cut our trip short by a week. It was the most heartbreaking thing I have experienced in a very long time (not to mention literally painful) so it took me a long time to be able to even look at these photographs from the trip without feeling very sad. Finally, this past summer I decided to take a look at them and edit them so that I could make a little book to give to my husband on our anniversary this year. It was a tough process emotionally but here they finally are. I have selected a small handful to share here that are beer related. This post is in conjunction with it's similar post on my beer-related site: apertureofales.com (where you can find me posting most often at lately).
